Minimum Stay: 7 nights
Security Deposit required: $300 refundable security deposit, $75 refundable pet deposit. Deposits are intended to cover significant damage or breakage, not normal wear and tear or incidental breakage.
Pet policy: Pets are allowed with Pet Addendum.
Cleaning fee: $75 fee covers professional cleaning upon departure and assumes that the tenant has left the property in good order with surfaces tidy and wiped clean, appliances clean, dishes washed. If additional cleaning is required, it will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rental Payments: 50% rental fee due upon reservation, with balance of rent, tax, cleaning fee, and security deposit(s) due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations & Refunds: If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of arrival, 75% of the total rent will be refunded and 100% of security deposits, taxes and cleaning fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, only the security deposit(s), taxes & cleaning fee will be refunded.
